Villa Lavanda is our three bedroom detached villa in Javea, Costa Blanca Spain.
Javea or Xabia is a lovely typical Spanish town midway between Alicante and Valencia airports both of which are used by all main airlines.
 
Our villa is fully equipped to accommodate six people with a master bedroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom.
It has a main bathroom with bath and shower and a second ensuite wetroom attached to the master bedroom.
The villa has hot and cold air conditioning units in the lounge and all three bedrooms.
All bedrooms  also benefit from ceiling fans and there are two large portable fans within the villa.  
All three bedrooms have fitted Valencian wardrobes and additional storage drawers and bedside cabinets.
Outside there is a covered naya with a large table and chairs and in front of the dining room is an outside eating area.
At the side and front of the villa are  gravel chipped areas with sunloungers, dining table and chairs.
At the rear of the villa is an outside courtyard with a gas bbq and chimney, paella burner and pans and steps up to a large sun terrace with sunloungers , table and chairs.
Outside of the rear terrace gate we have recently constructed a gravel area with circular stone table and matching benches.
At the rear is a secret woodland decked area with chairs and sun umbrella .
The front of the villa has a double gate car port and double gate entrance from the main road .
The villa has recently had its internet facility upgraded to super fast fibre, ensuring reliability and enough bandwidth to keep everyone online and content.

Large dining room with feature hanging light and double glazed picture window opening up through patio doors to an open covered Naya area ideal for relaxing away from the heat of the mid day sun

Escape to the roof terrace

Large roof terrace overlooking the gardens and pool area. Perfect for a spot of private sunbathing during the day and star gazing at night

NEW FULLY FITTED KITCHEN

We have just completely renovated the entire kitchen with new tiling and electrics and fully fitted kitchen units. All electrical appliances have been renewed with electric fan assisted oven, gas hob, large washing machine, a stainless steel dishwasher and a  large fridge freezer   Step outside to a pretty courtyard with charcoal BBQ grill and chimney or cook your own paella with our gas paella burner and selection of pans. if cooking isn't your game then pick a lounger and pass away the hours with a good book and glass of wine or beer in our large private garden.

Nearby blue flag beaches

Granadella playa..blue flag and winner of the best beach in Spain three years in a row. This beach is set in a small cove and is a pebble beach.

Arenal beach is set in a large cove and is flat and sandy. It is surrounded by lots of cafes and restaurants all of which are very child friendly. The beach has all the usual water activities expected and is maintained to a very high standard.

La Grava is another blue flag beach in the port area and is a small shingle beach with all of the ports cafes and bars on its doorstep, a really lovely place where you can hire a sunbed and umbrella and watch the world go by.
Ambolo is another shingle and sand beach reached by walking down a fairly steep hill. It also has a reputation as being a naturist beach

The communal pool is at the end of the garden and is fantastic. It's great for kids and adults and was mostly empty or had 2 or 3 people in or around it.

We as a family loved this villa! It is a good size, with a large well kept garden and an excellent pool on the complex. All the residents are friendly and we would love to return in the future. All rooms have aircon, fantastic selection of cooking utensils including a gas bbq on site as well as plenty of storage. Thank you for a memorable experience for my family and I. Visited August 2023.
